"My flute arrived at home yesterday. It is beautiful and
plays wonderfully! I am SO HAPPY!! My choir is going to be
happy too! I think they missed it as much as I did. Thank
you for taking such good care of it and making it wonderful again.
Sincerely and Gratefully,

Repad
|
Every flute repair
will be executed by our master flute technician with over forty years
experience in flute repair and performance. A flute Repad at the Musical
Instrument Repair Shop includes the complete disassembly of all keywork from the
body of the flute followed by a thorough cleaning of all keys, rods,
pivot screws, springs, tone stacks, body surfaces and the entire flute bore.
All new pads are then installed using only premium quality pads which are
centered in key cups and aligned and leveled over tone stacks in the final
assembly. The keywork is carefully lubricated and the pad seating process
is done. Once the seating process is complete the flute repair
is play tested. After 48 hours the pad seat retention is checked and a
final play test is performed prior to return shipping to you, our customer.
