I've had a few weeks to enjoy my beautifully restored Elkhart band peashooter trumpet, inherited from a favorite uncle. Excellent work. Much more than I expected or believed was possible. Looks and plays like new. I had hoped it would come back looking good, for display in memory of my uncle. But I find that it is a great little player as well, with that uniquely 30s high pitched jazz sound. Valves are smooth as glass and major damage to bell and tuning slide are invisible.

      Thank you for your excellent work. I had no idea my old horn could be reborn. The mouthpieces also look great. If I am unable to play Merchant of Venice like Raphael Mendez by next month. I may give the trumpet to my grandson, who is now beginning trumpet lessons in fourth grade.

I feel I had to write and tell you how pleased we were with the restoration of the Stradivarius trumpet you just finished. This instrument had been played professionally in the Nashville Symphony for almost 30 years before I bought it for my 12 year old band student. When I saw the finished trumpet I had to check the serial number to be sure you hadn't sent me someone else's instrument. It looks better than the new. I could hardly believe my eyes. Our band instructor said he had not seen a better restoration in his 25 years of experience with instruments. The horn not only looks great, it plays like only a vintage Bach can sound. Thanks for your remarkable workmanship.

I just wanted to send you a belated note telling you how thrilled I am with my Bach Trumpet. When I first opened the box and saw it I was amazed at how beautiful it was. Although I've had this horn for over 20 years I never saw it new since I bought it when it was already 10 years old. I've always thought this was one of the special Bach 37's and seeing it in pristine condition was awesome. You did a great job replacing the customized leadpipe. Funny thing....the more I practice the better the horn gets.

     Thank you for the great job you did on my horn. I picked it up from UPS today, and couldn't wait til I got home to take a look. I opened it in the parking lot and played a chorus of "Saints". It was just like old times!
     I remember when I first got that horn at the age of eight. It was a breathtaking sight, and today I relived that feeling. You've made a 47 year old a true work of art- mechanically and appearance wise.
